Rooms very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. We had a view of the river with a terrace which was excellent for seeing sunset. The location is great, and you are an easy walk to the Old Quarter. Breakfast buffet at the hotel is also excellent with good selection. The level of service provided was outstanding. During the stay, I fell ill and had to extend an extra night and change a flight and the support provided by staff at the hotel was superb. They helped us to change our travel plans while also going out of their way to ensure we were cared for and feeling better. Cannot recommend enough.

There is so much care in making sure our stay was great. We initially booked a Christmas Eve stay and to have dinner in town; much to our surprise we were invited to join for their Christmas Eve event with the dinner and free flow drinks covered. What surprised us more was how we were greeted. Sat down and given details of our room, facilities, and how to go about the town. Such an amazing experience. All the staff were attentive to our needs and constantly came up to us to ask if we needed anything. Would definitely come back again.

Bel Marina Hoi An Resort is within a convenient 7-minute walk from Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Amazing location and the hotel staff provided excellent customer service. Within walking distance of everything in Hoi An. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of foods. The pool was very relaxing and the happy hour was great.

Nice beach, clean and comfortable facilities, helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Good food, nice breakfast. Landscaping, beach, all good.
