Great hotel, staff super friendly and helpful. Great room. Had a disabled room with roll in shower, only thing I could fault was 1. I booked a roll in shower room with the third party, and somewhere in the communication with the third party the hotel booked me a room with a tub. I advised this was not suitable and they changed it for me straight away. 2 couldn't use the seat in the shower as one of the brackets holding it to the wall was loose. Apart from that it was a great stay, and I would stay here again.

Friendly and competent staff, the smart room concept, very comfortable bed and blessings, lean and clean room, traditional and contemporary mix of furniture at the restaurant section, variety of books at the restaurant which one could read while waiting for their order, and technology-based self-checkin and check-out, amongst others.

They didn't have many food options. A good variety of steak, fish, chicken, pork chops, pudding, fries, and rice would be appreciated. Also, it was somewhat pricey during the weekday.

The staff are incredibly helpful. Gave us directions on public transport to Westfield and everything we asked for they helped us and even checked us in early which was lovely. The king bed was SUPER comfortable and rooms and hotel very clean. The Korean restaurant downstairs is also outstanding

This is a total gem in San diago. Yes it’s shared bathroom but the facilities are that of a 5 star hotel. The room is large and includes sink fridge and microwave and is really lovely. The price is incredible I was shocked on how good this accommodation is

Breakfast was terrible (meagre portions, bland food) and extremely overpriced - possibly the worst cooked breakfast I’ve ever had - and definitely the most expensive. 14% service tax in restaurant / bar, which we did not encounter anywhere else in the city

Everything else . The staff were rude on check-in. I received no receipt for my payment of the deposit. I wasn't told when the deposit would be refunded. When we checked in, we were in our room when another couple walked into our room. They had been checked into the same room as us. When this was raised with the reception desk, we were told it was human error and got a half-hearted apology. We were offered nothing by way of recompense for this completely unacceptable failure. The hotel is very run-down and clearly needs significant investment to bring it up to standard.
