Had a great 2 night stay with the fabulous Nikki and lovely Merlin. Breakfast was superb cannot fault anything. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nikki is very friendly and loves a chat with her guests after breakfast and Merlin is such a chilled dog who loves a treat. Great location within walking distance to town.

Rooms are well equipped (kettle and coffee machine) comfortable bed and decent shower. Ground floor pet friendly room helpful. Food adequate, fish was over cooked, but gathered from friends the beer was excellent! Great outside bar area.

Noise from cellar chiller throughout the night excessive.

Clearly newly renovated space, classy decor and very clean room and bathroom. Close to amenities such as Morrisons superstore and venues such as Camden Assembly/Roundhouse. Powerful shower. Felt secure.

Was more of a AirBnB style/‘serviced’ room than hotel experience. I don’t believe the Ferdinand Street room we stayed in had an obvious aircon unit, but was provided a small floor fan/heater. Even with this and windows open, room got very hot and our sleep wasn’t great. Lots of banging noises were heard during the early evening, wasn’t sure if this was from inside the building or neighbouring. I don’t feel that it was worth the price paid, unlikely to choose to stay again.

Lovely beautifully furnished rooms, and very nice bathrooms. Great bar/restaurant on site

4 pillows would have been nice on the bed! And although the restaurant was really lovely, the menu was slightly unusual and more or varied options would have been good.

The location of the property for what we wanted to do while there was great.

The rooms are very dated and could do with some love. We ordered room service one evening which took more than an hour to arrive, only after a follow up call did we receive it. We didn’t wear any meals at the onsite restaurants preferring to visit local venues instead.
