- “We highly recommend this place, everything was perfect and we want to come again. The host is very helpful and friendly! The apartment is beautifully renovated and really clean. Everything you need can be found in the apartment, for example laundry detergent, beach towels, a parasol and a shopping bag. The location by the sea is the best and there are also showers and toilets on the beaches. There are two bakeries and several restaurants opposite the apartment, or you can also cook your own food. There are grocery stores and, for example, Polygon and CAP 3000 shopping centers nearby. It is easy and comfortable to vacation in this place!”

  The location of the apartment is just perfect. Public transport is near to every direction. O2 is easily accessible. The nearby VIVA diner is awesome for breakfast/lunch. The host was very kind, and helpful, communication was smooth. Probably he would have solved the minor issues we had with the apartment (see below), but they were not that important. The traffic noise might be a bit too much for some, but it was not that bad - London is a busy city.

  We booked the superior apartment, and the photos are kinda different from the actual apartment. The couches are different and one was broken, but it is not a big deal. The tiles in the bathroom are loose and a few things were broken here and there (next to the toilet for example). Also the kitchen is kinda empty - we failed to find a extra trash bag or a scissor. A capsule coffee machine would be nice as well.

  Great location, round the corner from Queensway tube station Kensington gardens across the road. Compacted room well designed. Kitchenette in cupboard , full size fridge, microwave etc. Clean & comfortable. Would stay again.

  Room was very comfortable, bed linen top rate. Nice to have nespresso machine as well as usual tea and coffee. Staff very nice and helpful though looked like they were running with just a couple of people.

  Breakfast was meant to be buffet style, but the fruit and meat was on plates in a fridge which was not really easy to do as there was nowhere to put them while you helped yourself. Just a kettle to make hot drinks and only one jug of water with a full dinning room this was taking time to ask for refills of water. Whole Breakfast room needs rethinking.
