Staff were lovely and helpful. From Rachel contacting me ahead to see if I needed anything extra for my toddler to going out her way to ensure the room was suitable for her. She was very flexible when I checked in. The cleaning staff helped me with my luggage and pram. The room was clean, modern and refurbished. Kettle and selection of teas and coffee in the hallway. Place seemed quiet. Bus stop 1 minute from hotel with regular buses that can get you to city centre in about 30 mins. Really recommend Cafe in the Park in Stanley Park for breakfast and lunch. 5 mins from hotel in beautiful setting. Prices very reasonable.

This is a wonderful family run hotel. We received a genuine warm welcome which included complimentary tea or coffee . The interior design of the hotel is lovely and our room was very comfortable and clean . All the staff were friendly and cheerful and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast which was table serviced . On our departure day we were told we could leave the car in the carpark and go off to explore which was very convenient. . We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.

Everything well appointed rooms clean plenty of room even for 2 or 3 in the family rooms plenty of hot water for the shower. You must have the breakfast it’s well worth the money and plenty of choice from cereal to the wonderful full English cooked while you wait stayed here so often I don’t bother to look anywhere else when I’m in Watton back again in a few weeks

The place is quiet (regardless than is a lot of people because of the pub and restaurant), and the room was clean. I was surprised because I book a room with normal bath tub/shower and they gave me with washing room (for people in wheelchair). The personnel tried to be helpful.

It was no internet. I was connected to network but it was no Internet connection (problem with the router). The was no small refrigerator in the room (if you want to keep something cold). The breakfast was very simple: fried eggs, fried bacon, fried sausages, has browns, mushrooms and from sweets orange and strawberry jam with butter and slides of bread. The coffee was a classic filter coffee and if you want something different (as espresso or cappuccino) you have to pay extra! Details that are important and no explained when you book a room with "breakfast included".

Stayed in the penthouse which was a lovely apartment, fantastic views, nicely decorated, very large and spacious. The hosts were very helpful! The location was perfect for Falmouth, right at the end of the highstreet.

The room was very hot so we needed to sleep with the windows open which on a Friday night in Falmouth lead to a pretty loud night! But other than that no issues, im sure we could have asked for a fan however by the time we got back to the room it was quite late.

Everything was amazing. Bed super comfortable. Shower was amazing too. I love the breakfast as well. It was a bit far from central london, but super close to the train station.

I want a refund, the sink was blocked for over half my stay, no hot water, the plumbing didn't come for 24 hours and was in and out through the day invading ny rest and holiday. I booked early check in and my room wasn't ready for early check in, making me miss my important appointment. I've requested a refund and they have just done nothing it's disgusting. Also staff watching you like hawks at breakfast like you're a criminal isn't a good vibe
