the staff,the breakfast,the location were all excellent. the room was very nice. it was clean and warm and plenty of tea and coffee and hot chocolate in the room. Nice big bathroom and shower, all very very good.

the stairs, we were in the roof. having to strip your own beds and place in a bag before departure!!! all bin contents having to be placed into recycle bins on ground floor. surface cleaner and cloth left in room, on view "wipe down your own room??? was it a hint from the room staff? the car park was full of building materials and waste!! it was very small and not easy to manoeuvre and access from the road is very poor if in a larger (or medium) size car, was very tight! the car park was a good walk and a very steep climb to the accomidation etc hand rails needed for the walk down to the car park at night returning home in the dark take a small torch. lights do not come on on the grounds side of the last security gate near the building so not easy to see the padlock to get open with padlock code, once through the gate the lights come on!!! needs a sensor on both sides of the gate especially when it was rain of biblical proportions. it was! visitor book in room, no pen, mine was in the car, a long climb away. in all just minor stuff, however if you are less able or it was icy conditions with the steep access from the car park you have been warned.take care.

before covid 19 ,I use the President hotel. worst is wheel chair service to my far cornner 4/6 th corrner room .also food service un Bar start at 4 pm .

The serene environment and the fact that parking is free is a plus. The kitchen set up looks good. But no common sitting room.

The fact that I had tobdemand for more things and yet I was ignored. Eg coffee and there wasn't any bath soap and paste available not even the smallest tube that could allow you the next day to grab yours..
