The managers and staff were very helpful. We were on our way to a wedding and running late due to traffic, but although our room wasn't ready yet for check-in, we'd messaged ahead, so were able to quickly change our clothes in the main washrooms and leave our cases in our room. The location was perfect for us, en route to the wedding at Sudeley Castle, and there was plenty of room in the safe free car park in front of the hotel. We got back very late, but the manager was still there to see us in. The room was clean, the furniture was a bit 'tired', but the twin beds were very comfortable, apart from slightly firm pillows which may not suit some. The bathroom was lovely, very modern and immaculate. The shower was a big roomy, modern, hot, rain shower which was much appreciated next morning. It was perhaps a bit expensive, but with such a good location and lovely management I'd definitely stay there again.

Nothing I didn't like really - apart from perhaps the pillows. The furniture was a bit 'tired' - a mixture of cheaper vintage pieces that were a bit sad and neglected - needed a good layer of polish.

This was our 3rd stay here and we loved it again! location is perfect, rooms are clean. Staff is super friendly! We didnt like showers much during our last stays but now they are new, fully renovated! So even showers now are very clean, hot water all the time! 💗 we are definitely coming back.

The staff was lovely and kind, the bed was clean and comfortable and the overall hostel's vibe is good! The living room and kitchen are nice sharing spaces. Also, the location is convenient and beautiful. Next to Hyde Park and in such a lovely neighborhood.

The room could be a bit cleaner, there was some dust on the floor and the toilet had a strange smell most of the time due to air ventilation I would say, but it was clean anyhow. I recommend bringing your own padlock because the one that I bought at the reception wasn't really handy, but it's done its purpose. :)

Tv didn’t work after 10pm No sugar or normal tea bags had to request them 2 single beds put together, was very uncomfortable sleeping in the crack of the join Staff very unhelpful and rude
