Staff were fantastic serving dinner and breakfast. Fast and attentive. Chairs were cleaned as well as tables after each had been used. Location is slightly out from Fort William but on a sunny day, sitting on the veranda with a glass of wine makes up for it. The spa area is a little expensive, you had to pay to use the hot tub/sauna. The beach is quite cute, but can get cold so wrap up. Menu was a mix of Indian/English and was lovely. The hotel offer complimentary afternoon tea so could offer a bit more than drinks/biscuits and cakes. A few savoury sandwiches would have been nice.

There is not one thing I can mention that I did not like - maybe the price of using the hottub/sauna. But saying that, I would book the hotel again.

Very comfy bed, very pretty room with a well appointed ensuite. The shared kitchen/ living room facilities were also lovely. Our stay was unfortunately very quick because of a late flight so we didn't get to experience much of it. Accessing the room was straightforward and Robert was approachable and gave fast responses to our online queries.

That our stay had to be so brief.

What a gem this place is, 5* for everything. Clean, tidy, everything you need, cosy, little details thought of, just perfect in every way. 5 minute walk to the bus stop and 10 minute bus in to Padstow, ideal for the perfect getaway from life. Matt was helpful and available when we needed him. Went above and beyond for my partners birthday!

Nothing at all!

Room decent, breakfast good, beds comfy. A decent price for 2 people with the breakfast. Despite it being close to the train line, we heard just 2 trains (1130 at night and 630 in the morning, so not bad. I liked the booking in procedure - ring bell, take keys, write down breakfast order and time, done.

Window didn't close properly as pads by closure handles were missing, and the seal around has gone a bit so not as quiet as I'd expect. Someone above (i think staff as not customer rooms) had the loudest kettle in existence and puts it on at 6am.

We.spend a night. In the executive king Room with lounge access the room its self. Was not what we expected seems bit. Basic for what you pay. We didn’t visit any of the facilities due to issues when we arrived. Seems to be a trouble spot directly across the road from the main entrance of the building with people yelling abuse. So we stayed in the room and left the next morning earlier than. The check out time not sure we will book there again
