Excellent location in little Italy with lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs to eat, 10 minutes walk away from the marina. The room upgraded for free to a king size bed. Provided with hair dryer and iron and iron board. The staff is super nice and competent and the bed was super cosy. Great breakfast with yogurt, cheese strings and croissants as well as juice and coffee.

The courtein at the bed made this bed private-Such a simple but great idea. Also safe lockers ,the mattress was in good condition. Lovely and spacious Hostel with friendly stuff. Nice clean washrooms ... Definitely would recommend to anybody. The best Hostel I have ever stayed.. Muchos graciass..

Friendly staff and a thoughtfully appointed room. Good shower and a comfy bed. Liked the addition of a microwave in the room and the goody bag on arrival. Good inclusive breakfast with plenty of choice. Excellent value for money.

They have free shuttle to and fro visitors center and downtown. And if you paid for their service, baggage can be arranged directly from the train depot to the hotel.

The room is not very clean and it is quite small for the price you paid. The furnishing is very dated and old especially the bed as it has already sunk in. Heater in the room took a long time to heat up. Their staff don't really give any orientation of their accommodation, pretty much have you figure out everything yourself. Not much food choices too.

It is a 24/7 quiet zone so you have to go outside or down to the one pod on the reception, also the air con is controlled by one system so you cannot alter this because it then alters everyone else’s which they said they could not do.

Didn’t have tea/coffee machine in the room. Due to a conference taking place for 2 days the lifts to the rooms were stopped and controlled by staff and we were told that the conference party taking place on the top floor they had priority over paying customers and then we were shouted at for taking the stairs by security. Paying customers should have the priority not a conference.
