My experience at this hotel was excellent. The staff at the front desk were very kind and extremely quick both during check-in and when I needed to extend my stay. I really appreciated how smooth and easy everything was. I was also given a room in a quiet area, which made my stay very calm and relaxing. On top of that, the location is perfect — close to everything I needed. Overall, great service and convenience. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel is well located if you visit the Joshua Tree NP, it is really close to the north entry. The lady was very nice and helpful! The room was spacious and there is an elevator for upper floors, which was very handful for our heavy luggage. There is a pool that looks nice (unfortunately in maintenance during our one night stay).

Very comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Parking and location for Oprey. Shuttle bus to downtown and Oprey was very reasonable and frequent. Breakfast was varied and reasonable

Room a bit small but manageable. No railings in toilet for clothes or towels. No toast and fried eggs in the breakfast which is unusual.

The place itself looked nice and had a good location, but the rooms were a completely different story. The sink was far too low and very uncomfortable to use. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, and the window would not stay open, making it impossible to properly air out the room after using the toilet. On top of that, the Venetian blind did not open evenly and stayed crooked. Overall, the rooms were poorly maintained and extremely inconvenient.
