Very big place for self check in, there are not proper instructions for to find where to have to go no body there for welcome , door lock is automatic lock in 30 seconds when you close but it doesn’t lock after 30 seconds we had to wait ages for that , very uncomfortable when you are in hurry to out and your valuables in the room and can’t trust on door

Location is great, walking distance to attractions. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. One of the reception staff was amazing (don't know her name, sorry), she made us feel super welcome. The bar area was nice to hang out in. There was a desktop computer we could use when needed.

-NOISE during night from road (cars, street cleaners, rubbish collectors, delivery trucks, ambulances). Old building & windows not soundproof. Also ice machine is noisy- too near bedrooms -Small basin in bathroom that had little bench surface -No microwave in dinning room to cook rolled oats.

We have stayed at the property twice now and both times, the staff at the reception and especially at the bar upstairs are very unfriendly. Same experience both times and for this reason we would think twice before staying there again.
