Nice hotel with a lot of history in SF. Pretty view at the top of the hill. Hotel does feel a bit tired and past its golden years, but can still be appreciated. Staff were kind and the bed was comfortable.

Starbucks closed at 6pm! Lol. I needed it open for just an hour longer due to my flight getting in. I think $7 for a bottle of water is a bit excessive.

The property was modern and clean and well maintained. The room and the shower were very nice. Nice to have breakfast - they even had “To Go” bags.

There was no one at the front desk when I checked in. The neighborhood/area is just OK. The breakfast sausage was pretty bad - crunchy and overcooked.

Extremely disappointing. I didn't have an ocean view. In fact, there was a building structure in front of the balcony, and they never let me know. I messaged them twice before the trip that I wanted an ocean view and a high floor, and I was completely ignored. They simply didn't care. I think if they tell you the apartment conditions from the start, you can make a decision about whether to continue with the reservation or change it. Really, really bad.

I forgot my earrings on bedside table, 100% And realised after 45 min driving, I called the hotel and explained. The woman on the phone didnt seem to care one bit when i told her these were a relatively expensive gift from my husband. She said she would check with cleaning staff. When I called back a little later, she said my earrings were not found very casually. Pretty upsetting. Basically my earrings were stolen / kept by a member of staff. Leaving a very sour taste in my mouth, could never recommend a hotel or restaurant where staff is dishonest. The woman on the phone was not helpful and really couldnt care less. Am still upset about this situation. Have not told my husband

Wonderful apartment with plenty of space, comfortable beds, lovely living areas.

Access was difficult. There were stairs, access was from rear of building, and the key lock was faulty. Vacasa were responsive on the key issue.

I had to stay there for several nights and had to change rooms twice. I am not happy only with the bed linen. You move into a new room and the bed linen is not ironed and sometimes not clean. It is so honest that they did not even wash it but made the bed linen and gave you a room. That is the only minus
