The hotel is so clean and the staff work so hard. Special thank you to Andrew at the ikandy pool and Muhammad on the door area, both genuinely lovely and friendly people- nothing is too much trouble. ikandy has such a relaxing and holiday feel, we went most days. My boyfriend was also impressed by the gym facilities. Food at ikandy and the restaurant buffet lunch were both lovely. The ikandy chicken caesar salad is unreal. We had a room upgrade of a burj view with cake and rose petals at check in for our anniversary which was such a nice touch. Also used the free bus to the mall a few times, I didn’t catch the drivers name but he was so knowledgeable and helpful. You can get to the mall much easier this away- over uber/ taxi.”
