Loved the location, so close to penn station and plenty of restaurants, I absolutely loved waking up every morning to the empire state building, and our room attended was amazing, she was so friendly and did an amazing job every day with our room. I stayed on the 29th floor

Didn't like the rude older male on the desk at check in that gave us the wrong room and said it was me and I booked a different room, but we got it sorted in the end, not enough to stop me coming back, I love this hotel iv stayed 3 times now.

The place is beautiful, the cabin is really lovely and had everything we needed. I loved the view on the forest from the terrace, and the bed were really comfortable. The hotel has a big territory with plenty of nice spots to chill. we enjoyed our stay!

I was placed in room 102 which is right next to reception which was very loud to the point that you could hear every word of every conversation being had in reception with other guests coming and going, the other slight issue was the bed was completely on wheels on a wooden floor which when sat on it,it kept rolling forward and the pillows kept disappearing down the back of the bed which was a bit annoying, but apart from that cannot fault the place and would happily stay again (so long as it was not a room directly off reception)

Smoking isn’t my thing. So, It was horrible experience when I I arrived with smoke smell everywhere. Even when i woke up in the morning. It was so dirty and unkept, both kitchen and bathroom. I can’t recommend it to anyone, even my enemies.😭😭😭😭😭. I paid for three days but I stayed only one night and I’m still waiting for my 2 days refund 😭😭😭😭😭
