Bedrooms are outdated, there were no plug points by the bedside cabinet, the bedroom lamps were old and tricky to switch on and off, no towel hooks in the bathroom (which made it tricky to keep track of your own towel when you are sharing between a family of four), the curtains were falling off the ceiling, aircon noisy, not enough hangers for the amount of people staying in the room. However, the staff were responsive to all our requests. The breakfast services is limited but reasonably healthy, there was awkward limited seating in the breakfast area (lounge seats and couches, which isn’t a convenient set-up for breakfast, no real seating for guests to chill out within the hotel. No hotel bar.

The room was great would have been a struggle if there had have been 2 of us however. the room was comfortable, with easy to use electronics. the best thing about the hotel was the smell, and the hand soap was amazing, looking right now online to buy the same for my house.
