We were exhausted from a long international journey to NYC and arrived about 8.45pm at the hotel. We were met by a lovely welcoming gentleman called Carlos who kindly checked us in super fast so we could relax and rest after our long flight. The next morning we checked out super easy after a good nights rest on a comfortable bed and hot shower. The room was a good size.

The hotel room was right outside a fire door that separated rooms and of course after 11pm many people were returning to their rooms after seeing a show on Broadway or being out and about in NYC - which is to be expected - so next time I think I would like to opt for a quieter room. Other than that there was nothing else I didnt like

Everything here is very clean. Their service is great also. This guy Jaden is very helpful, helped me store my luggage for few hours more and was very proactive asking how was the stay and etc.

I didnt like something particular. But the only thing I would recommend is the rooms to have had a separate ac controler that would be fantastic. I didnt need the ac on for my entire trip and this would save lot more energy.

Very close to the beach. The bed is very comfortable, and tv is provided with cable tv and Netflix. The place is quiet and there is lots of parking space for guests..

Location! View directly at the old city centre. When I told the reception our room smelled of smoke, they were quick to arrange another room.

I was surprised at how outdated the room was, had definitely expected more for the amount we paid. We had booked including breakfast, but that turned out to be only for a certain amount, so in principle we still needed to calculate (which we didn't, so: pay up!). It was `a la carte, so we could have gone into town just as well. our initial room with window was just looking at walls close by.

Unfortunately, my stay here was very disappointing. When I arrived, I noticed right away that the toilet was unstable, moving from side to side. The bed was another problem it made loud noises with every move, and I honestly have never slept on a louder bed. But the biggest issue was the noise. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear every voice from the next room. Our room was on the ground floor, which meant we could also hear everything happening in the kitchen. During my stay, there were very inconsiderate guests who were drinking, laughing, and playing loud music late at night, as if they were the only people there. On both nights I was woken up several times. The building has three floors, with about five rooms on each. This means the chance of ending up with quiet neighbors is very small, so you should really not risk it. On top of that, the property is in a strange and not very safe location, which makes the experience even worse. Although the room itself looked ok, it is simply not worth it you cannot rest there at all. I would never repeat this experience and strongly advise against booking this place.

The staff! They were rude and unhelpful; we are still waiting for the refund of our safety deposit (in case we ruined a towel they said). Despite chasing it has not been returned yet. Although our room was ready when we arrived at 3pm, we were not allowed access until 3.30 unless we paid $35! We were riding a motorcycle, had ridden 400 miles and even though we were in our bike clothes, it was 37 degrees outside and we were clearly very hot, they would not let us access the room just to change into shorts! It was just unreasonable behaviour frankly given that they had already said the room was ready.
