The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big and nice. The area was the best, will be my/our option to stay every time I/we visit NYC. The metro was a few steps away and it was safe to walk around anytime.

Hotel is dirty so I don't recommend staying even if it is slightly cheaper unless you are on tight budget. For 15 min early check in they charge 25 25 usd. I said I would wait. After 15 min Check-in took 20 min because of queue of people like me. Stupid rule that leads to inefficient processe

I booked a room for 3, there was a king bed where 3 people might fit, however if you don’t want to be very close to the other people you wouldn’t fit. There was a sofa without bedding and it was too short for me to fit (5’5, 150lb) When I arrived, they charged me $150 security deposit saying they’d return in within a couple days. They returned $135 and kept the $15. The answer from them was basically “it is what it is” They’re saying “parking provided” however you either have to stay in a garage for $64 / night where a 6’9 truck wouldn’t fit or find your own parking spot somewhere. Luckily enough a nice security guy helped me to find a spot outside.

The house is very beautiful... but my stay wasn't good... because first they made me pay $300 for cleaning, and I had to take the sheets off the bed myself and put them in the laundry. I also had to wash the barbeque if I used it... The Jazucci was $35 extra, and I paid for it, and they never provided the service... My family couldn't visit the house. Not even during the day...
