The property was great. Sadly, the hotel deducted a $450 USD deposit from my account under the promise it would be returned within 5 business days. Almost a month later and no funds have been returned. The property has also failed to respond to my inquiries about this which is extremely disappointing and feels like a scam. All other hotels I have been to place a hold on the credit card which is released after check out. Please beware.

It was not what I expected at all the rooms was tiny we paid an absolute fortune, staff had not a clue what they were at. They tried to charge us another €550 for the booking and when i checked my booing.com details it was already paid.

I'm sorry to have to say this because the staff were friendly and the accommodation was generally fine, but unfortunately the room had bed bugs and I feel obliged to warn other guests about it. Unfortunately, we noticed it ourselves too late and now hope that we haven't brought any bedbugs back to our home. The reason is so serious that, despite several advantages of the accommodation, I can only give it the lowest rating in order to protect others from an infestation.
