We loved everything, the staff, location and the amazing river view room that was requested and given, the location was close to everything we needed and in our opinion cant be beaten, lovely clean quiet hotel, slept well in the comfy bed, water station was a great touch as was the free coffee which was appriciated, we will return as booking again for March, loved Chicago and loved this hotel..

All o“The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh. The staff at the front desk and the bellman were kind and helpful. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to receive Amazon packages directly at the hotel. Overall, we felt comfortable and satisfied with our stay.k, and cleany quite expensive.

The biggest disappointment was the restaurant/bar service. One evening we wanted to relax in the lobby extension with our 6-year-old and use the complimentary wine vouchers. As soon as the staff realized we weren’t ordering food, they openly criticized us in front of each other, which made us feel very uncomfortable and we left. The day before, my wife and child went for breakfast in the bar and asked to charge the bill to the room to pay at checkout. The waitress was visibly irritated and insisted we pay immediately, which was unpleasant and embarrassing. For such a high hotel price (and without breakfast included), the restaurant experience felt very unprofessional compared to the rest of the hotel.

The location, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Comfy room with large bed, good breakfast and fantastic happy hour with great views from the 12th floor bar/restaurant! The value for money is truely fantastic.
