      Great location on the strip. Room was very quiet and comfy beds. Good value. Check in was fine despite reading several reviews saying it was bad. We arrived at 10pm on a Saturday however saw it was very busy at 3pm on other days when check in opened.

      We were not given the room we booked ( we specified a Versailles tower strip view room and got Bordeaux tower which didn’t have a strip view). The lady at check in didn’t even tell us this and when we later went to ask said it was because our card payment had not gone through. I don’t quite believe this as I’ve never had a problem with booking.com).

      Lovely hotel about 10 minutes from the airport. The pool looked great but we didn't get chance to use it. The room was big and well laid out.

      There was no shuttle bus from the airport. Reception staff didn't answer the phone when we called (numerous times)

      Nothing. there was nothing to like. bfast had good options but staff was very rude.

      it was a bad experience. Staff was not good and neither friendly. Almost felt like why did we select this hotl. Nobody was interactive. rooms were super small. there was no room service. we had to go down ourselves to get the stuff. beds wer also not comfortable and rooms were small like a study
