  Airport shuttle included On arrival was offered my booked room in the building across the street or to take one in the main building. I took the main building above reception as it seemed safer as single female traveller. Maybe this was the reason that the room looked a little more dated than on the pictures but I didn't mind for the 1 night between flights.

  Extra fee to store luggage after check out, so I kept it with me in the waiting area and had to just hope for the best when I went out to get food. Long wait for airport shuttle

  Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and assisted us with check-in. The parking garage is very handy, and we didn't find it too narrow or difficult to navigate (like other reviews suggest). I think it would only be an issue if you have a very, very large truck. We had a large Hyundai SUV and it was totally fine!

  Rooms were spacious and clean, lots of great (free) amenities to take advantage of (e-bike hire, beach & pool towels, surfboard hire etc), and the location is hard to beat.

  We were a little taken aback by the $400USD security deposit they required upon check-in. We thought that was a bit extortionate, especially for only a 4 night stay. It did return to our account immediately after checking out though, which was good.
