We loved the house! It is situated in a new gated community, Windsor Cay. You can also use the amenities of the resort. The house was clean and spacious! The kids loved the private pool. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. Rooms had really good sizes. More than enough towels. Just bring your own beach towel. We had some questions prior to our stay. The host always reacted the same day! Even the missing shampoo in the house was solved quickly! Disney is a 20 minute drive. We just loved to stay here and hope to come back someday

- The location was great! Around the corner of a metro station so it was easy to go around from there. - Manager acted quickly and accurately after asking to change rooms as ours was located directly above a bar. She, and one of the other girls working there where friendly and helpful. See below for the rest of the experience. - Clean - Free water coffee tea etc. - For NY standards very well priced!

We started in a room at the front of the hotel, but unfortunately, it was located above a bar. On top of that, the bed in this room made an absurd amount of noise—even the slightest movement, like moving a toe, would set it off. We didn’t sleep at all the first night. The next day we asked if we could change rooms, and luckily, that was possible. We were moved to the back of the hotel, which was much better. The room is clean, the bed was fine (no squeaky noises this time), and no music from the bar. The overall staff is not friendly (not all of them, but most, we have seen about 6 different people at the reception). They watched videos at the reception, barley noticing you, all day/night long, and one night we were even woken up by a staff member (around midnight and again around 02.00) having a very long and loud conversation which we could follow word by word. Being woken up by other guests is one thing, but being disturbed and woken up in the middle of the night by staff is unacceptable. I politely asked if they could please keep it down, but received an extremely snobby response. The next day I asked for the manager, but was told she wouldn’t be in the entire weekend—and since we left Monday morning, there was no chance to speak to her. Overall, the place is okay in terms of price and comfort, but we were very disappointed with the behavior of the staff and working in tourism ourselves this places a big minus on our stay and experience.

Hotel was extremely clean! Spent 3 nights with 6 girls for a bachelorette - this is likeley the best possible place to bring your girls!! Food and drinks are great, from the white limozeen/govenors pool. Theres bar food and more basic bar rail drinks at critters downstairs. And the bakery and breakfast items from the coffee shop were all a hit!

Our room was not cleaned once in 3 days. Called multiple times for towels and was never brought any. Absolutey no room service. Pool is extremely overpriced there is a hefty reservation fee on top of a minimum spend. We had an afternoon seating (1:45-4:45) and unfortunatley you only have sun there for half the time due to a massive building so the mornibg seating would be best if you want some sun!!, The pool is extremely small- closer to hot tub size. Lots of cabanas for a small area-

no air con. Just a ceiling fan that made no difference, so we was very uncomfortable in the heat. The showers need upgrading. The cleaners didn’t bother doing our bed all week, just gave a few new towels every few days. The shared bathroom was always busy
