Checked into first room 118? , smelt damp and no remote for the TV, no bath plug, went to reception and changed rooms, 226 ? Moved in had TV control, no bath plug, but TV was not working, reported and Saummaira, called maintenance straight away, no one came, went back she called again he finally arrived after 1.5 hours, looked at TV, said he will be back, after another hour we went to reception again, was assured would be fixed by our return in the evening. Needless to say it was not, the next morning we went to breakfast, and was told to move rooms again , we moved to 138? We think, this room was ok, clean, bath plug and working TV, however there was a door in the room into next room, it had a fair gap at the bottom and the people were very loud and had the TV on until 2am. This has been a horrible experience as we always try and stay in Wyndham, but we will never say in this location again. Except staff Summaira who really tried her best, it's was the worst stay of our holiday. We have travelled for 3 weeks and by far this was a terrible visit.

The rooms were not clean, we had roaches in our room. We actually tried changing rooms into one that doesn’t have roaches and seems clean and we have to say that we looked at three rooms and each were worse than the one before

It looked nice from the outside but that was about it

The restaurant service was terrible, it was pretty much empty and they said we had to wait about 15 mins for a table! Hardly any staff. The toilet in our room overflowed and they weren’t even going to mop the floor clean, they just wiped it up with a towel. I had to ask for it to be mopped. The room was very worn looking, patches in the plaster etc.
