Really clean rooms, even the fold out couch beds had just been steam cleaned between the morning guests departing and our family arriving. Recent renovations , so the bathroom and kitchen facilities are lovely. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful too. Great location, short walk to the earls court tube station, and local shops and restaurants.

The staff was lovely and kind, the bed was clean and comfortable and the overall hostel's vibe is good! The living room and kitchen are nice sharing spaces. Also, the location is convenient and beautiful. Next to Hyde Park and in such a lovely neighborhood.

The room could be a bit cleaner, there was some dust on the floor and the toilet had a strange smell most of the time due to air ventilation I would say, but it was clean anyhow. I recommend bringing your own padlock because the one that I bought at the reception wasn't really handy, but it's done its purpose. :)

Very good and clean. Catered for all our needs. It was very close to tube and buses. Great transport link. The external of the building has slot to be desired, although it’s not really the fault of the hosts.

Excellent size room. Luxurious towels. Very close to Land’s End and good local pub. Very polite and friendly staff.

No soap! Basic hygiene requirement. It took half an hour to get soap which was too late for me to shower before our restaurant reservation. No bedside table on one side of the bed.

It was a building site , with scaffolding all around . I woke up with a man looking through my window. In the room above me work was going on at 4 in the afternoon…. Almost frightening. WiFi didn’t work either

Myself and a friend booked a Spa weekend, during our whole stay the Spa facilities were not available. Arrived to be told the pool was not in use, Jacuzzi was closed every day, each time we enquired to use the pool we were told yes but the children’s lessons were on, so we were asked to wait, they did not have a seperate part of the pool open for hotel guests only. They only had two plastic beds which were always in use. We were not offered any compensation at all for not having the facilities and were charged £6 for fabric hair covers. My friend at one point had her phone in her hand in the “ Spa “ area and was shouted at by a very rude staff member who told us phones were not permitted in the area because of the lessons that were ongoing.
