The property was lovely, very comfortable and well equipped. It is situated within beautiful grounds where you can enjoy walking from your front door. Also had outside seating area to enjoy sitting in the sun in good weather. All bedrooms had en suite shower rooms which was ideal.

The showers were fixed rain shower type. But there were no hand held option which would have been better. Also, no place to put your soap/shampoo, which for older people means bending down a lot, risking falls. More hooks on bathroom doors would help too.

We stayed with the family, travelled into Bath city the first day and went to Longleat the next day. Perfect location. We used the bus to travel into Bath city centre which was great. Food was lovely, overall a perfect stay.

Very nice staff, we had a really bad experience in London, and they gave us an upgrade which we really appreciated. We were also given free drinks vouchers.

The reception staff were amazing, there was a lash with blonde hair that look us to our room and was truly amazing!

The rooms were overall very tired looking and not as amazing as I truly thought! The the tap from the ceiling was mouldy and had a smell, the soap dispensers in the room were falling off the wall and the mirror walls were tarnish to the point of not being able to see in them! The jacuzzi was not working in the bath either!

The no person check in could be a lot more smoother. I had paid extra for early check in and check out. I never received an email station early check in or check out wasnt possible so arrived at the property early assuming I could check in early. Also at the time of check out, I had to call multiple times to confirm whether late check out was accepted or not. Other than these teething issues, had a lovely stay here
