Perfect location for Hampshire clinic (only 5 minutes drive) There’s all standard facilities for a hotel and you only pay an extra if you require additional charges if you need to use such facilities. That makes it good value for money too.

Off road parking at the rear of the property. Very good size property, large kitchen diner area, with lots of worktop space. Fairly large bedrooms, with comfy bed. Very close to the village centre, shops, takeaway and pubs.

The bathroom being downstairs, off the kitchen, can be awkward. The lounge could be a bit more homely, with better seating, and maybe a table lamp, but it was comfy enough. The kitchen would definitely benefit from more utensils, being a little better equipped.

Well decorated, modern accommodation, very clean with interesting feature wall in living room. Nice shower. Everything you might need (milk/tea/coffee/shower gel etc) Owners are quick to respond to communication.

Very overpowering air fresheners throughout! Sofa too hard, couldn't relax on it. Bed was too soft, with very thick duvet. Too hot and uncomfortable so no sleep. Didn't realise people lived above so heard them walking around very early both mornings. Didn't like the lack of privacy in the shared garden. I would've liked to have sat in the sun with a cuppa, but didn't feel comfortable enough as anyone could see me or come out too. On my last morning I was stood in my nightclothes in the kitchen making breakfast when a couple staying next door came out to the garden to smoke and stood outside my kitchen window watching me!! The property is not private enough for me.

Location of Ocean Mist, a stones throw from lovely restaurants. The boat itself is spotless and the staff couldn't do enough for you, very friendly and attentive. Continental Breakfast had plenty of choice.

The welcome by Dave, was nothing short of 5 star. The end of I’m sure a long Friday for him and he looked like the smile was as fresh as 9am.

Only downside and purely logistical is no breakfast available. However, it’s far from put me off as I’ll definitely be back for the famous carvery!!

Smell of heavy use of spices from other rooms cooking in communal area as it is a HMO, could have done with draught excluders on the doors as smell was seeping in. Bathroom extractor didn't work, communal area could do with better ventilation and extraction. Walls paper thin could hear all conversations. I was asked to show a potential tenant around the room the day I arrived (still waiting for my commission lol)
