Like most other Hilton properties I have stayed at this one was top notch. We ended up with a top floor harbor view room! When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

      The breakfast. Was excellent and lady who's been there for years. I didn't know when it works Monday through Friday. She always on top of it when the food comes out. The people this weekend didn't do that. It was running out of food. It was so many people in there. They're lines

      We had on Brand new white socks and I have an awake across the carpet.A couple of times and my socks became black.So I think they need a better job of cleaning.That carpet once in a while so they won't be so filthy, And on Saturday the housekeeping lady get a very rush job. She did not clean out the living area. Where none of the counters are without a table over there.

      I love everything! We stayed at the Lavender loft and it was cozy, clean, and perfect. Missy was very friendly and gave us a tour of each cabin. We want to stay in all of them.

      The bed was comfortable. The air was cold.

      The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was something off about the room. The carpet was damp the entire time. The construction was terrible and made it extremely difficult to come and go.

      Breakfast was not up to Best Western standards. Food was not taken care of, just put in containers and left. The gravy was an ugly brown instead of a light cream color, potato were under cooked and eggs must had been powered cause it was one big blob. I was there 45 mins before I saw anyone to come and look at the hot food to see if they needed to be stir it. The yogurt machine and the waffle machine was the only thing that was worth eating.

      Staying here was wonderful! David is very welcoming and nice. My room was so cozy, comfortable and clean. Considering the main road the motel is located on, it was nice and quiet. Such a pretty room with nice bedding and comfy bed. A lot of attention to detail and comfort of guests has been given by David and his family. The flowers on the property are so pretty and really add a nice homey touch.
