  Big 2 bedroom suite, larger than expected. Air conditioned, TV in every room, large bathrooms. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were a highlight and you can't beat the proximity to shops, restaurants, and beaches.

  This is a timeshare property. Upon checking in late at night, they told us to return sometime the next day to pick up wristbands. We left the next morning for a day at the beach and we're gone until late afternoon. In that space of time we were called three different times reminding us to come pick up our wristbands. When we finally made our way to the concierge to pick them up, it turned out to just be a bait to talk us into attending a timeshare presentation. When we declined, the concierge's tone changed and we were dismissed very quickly. Also, the walls are paper thin! We had a family above us whose children were running laps in their room and it was so loud. You can hear every toilet flush as well. The room was tidy, but you could tell the showers, bed linens, and dishes had not thoroughly been cleaned.

  The staff was nice to us and helped with our requests, the location is excellent for those who want kosher food and for those who keep Shabbat.

  Parking was extremely expensive. The room window was dirty, the bathroom had an outdated shower curtain instead of a proper glass door, and the water pressure in the shower was poor until we asked them to fix it. Instead of regular glass cups, we were given plastic cups wrapped in a bag. Overall, the atmosphere felt cheap and far from what you would expect for the price we paid.
