    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      I love the customer service everyone was very polite, Everything was great.

      The only thing I didn't like was the smell of cigarettes in the room .I personally have bad migraines in I wasn't too happy I had to go get candles with smell on them to have the room smell better in spray with lysol, other than this problem I had a nice stay.

      The property was clean and front desk staff was friendly.

      The location is right next to a main drag that loud cars race up and down all night. The walls are thin and you can her people in the next room all night talking and “other things”. Also the person running the free breakfast was miserable and yelled at us to keep the food covered. She is differently not happy to be there that’s for sure.

      Staff wasn’t great. The person checking us in was on his personal phone the entire time. Our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for it to be cleaned and were told housekeeping was leaving for the day. (3pm on a Saturday) They did bring us towels and bedding which we changed ourselves.

      Most amazing location ive ever been to. For us it was all about the View, Privacy, and waterfront. Sunrise is phenomenal, and just the pure sound of the ocean.

      It needs some work, windows were filthy, floors were gross, had to finish the laundry because it wasn't done. They could use a different cleaning crew for sure.
