  That it was close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was nice and it was within walking distance to the beach.

  The front desk staff was not friendly. We were told "because we went through bookings.com it appears the full balance is not paid". The manager said there was still $150 owed from booking, but because I showed my "paid receipt," they would go ahead with the reservation and contact them for the remaining balance. We also needed more towels and toilet paper in our room so we notified housekeeping what we needed and they never came to our room. We had to get extra towels from the front desk and I got a roll of toilet paper and a couple of trash bags off the cart that was on the floor.

  The last time I stayed here, it was superb, but that was in 2022. This time, cleanliness & smell was lacking. There was hair on the shower walls. The room smelled of mold, but I I travel with frebreeze & cleaning supplies. There were soda cans in the floor between bed & night stand. I had to spray air freshener outside my door it smelled horrible & the carpet was disgusting in hallways & elevator floor was sticky. I had to wipe it with wet towels because I didn't want my luggage & shoes tracking that back into my car. The door hook was broken & not secure. It is disappointing because this is where I always stay when I have to go home to Crestview.
