Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      The location was good. We planned our trip late but found plenty to do. We enjoyed Margaritaville restaurant, as usual. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to Dollywood and spent the other time seeing shows and other attractions at or near the resort.

      No breakfast offering in hotel restaurant. I get the main hotel had no breakfast but Fins could expand out with some breakfast / brunch offerings.

      I was going to visit someone at Goodfellow. It was super close to the base and also close to really good restaurants and the movie theater. The bed was comfortable and staff was great!

      Breakfast was nice and it was in a good location. The pool was lovely and staff kind and helpful.

      I arrived in the middle of the night and had to change room 3 times because there was a strong smell of smoke in one and weed in the other. The last one the bathroom wasn’t clean but the staff said they didn’t have any other rooms so I had to choose between a smoke smell or a dirty bathroom. I also found a cockroach in my room on the last night. The phones didn’t work in 3/4 rooms I initially tried.
