Breakfast was great! It was a hot buffet style. Many restaurants on the strip. The best part was the staff. I was met by Izzy who was such a pleasure to deal with. We went for the NASCAR weekend. I asked if we could check in early so we could drop our stuff off and head to the track. The manager Crystal came out to assist her. They got us in a room without waiting and even waived the early check in for us. They were so great to us! Thank you both for your shining personalities and wonderful hospitality. Next year when we go to the race we will definitely be staying here again! The room was clean the beds and pillows were awesome as well. I wish the room was a tad bigger but at least my family was in a nice clean comfortable room in a safe area. Thank you so much for everything Izzy and Crystal. YOU are the reason why we will be coming back next September.

We book this for my sister in laws 50th family birthday. We did a 2-room villa. It was just wonderful! Rooms were updated spacious and just enough space for 5 adults. Loved looking over Golf course too! Very Clean. Adding a note as far as how to get more towels and where garbage bags were to be found and tossed would of been nice when checking in and hours of pool.

I will say that the King Beds mattresses needed to be changed out they were sagging as the Birthday girl did mention. Couches with pull outs beds were ok but would have been better to have nicer blankets or comforters to make up those beds for guests. I also was surprised when 2nd villa was handicap accessible and it wasn't mentioned in my reservations. Room 316 being outside the towel door in AM made it very loud for our in laws sleeping in am too. Poss having cleaning crew get towels night before so as to avoid that door bagging in early morning or not before 9am getting towels.

Everyone I knew who stayed was only charged $50 for a deposit, I was charged 287 and have still yet to receive a refund and front desk wasn’t very helpful and just told me to wait with no reason to why I was charged more than what my room cost

Was put in wrong room reserved a deluxe king Suite was put in a much smaller room for the first night when I went to let them know the mistake they said all other rooms were booked moved into the right room the next day but couldn't not get into the other room until 3pm Then the air conditioner leaked all over our luggage so they put towles down and that was their fix of the problem the pool was cloudy but it was alot better then the two rooms we were placed in and for all the trouble we put up with they only gave us a 15 dollar refund I called to explain that the refund was ridiculous for all the trouble we went though was supposed to get a call back from the manager and of course we never got that call back we usually stay there went year for our family reunion and until now never had a problem after this we definitely won't be back to this hotel

I stayed 4 days. TV worked only 1 day. No amenities (Wash cloths/clock/coffee/phone. NEVER saw a maid or freshen the room. Bed is the cheapest, like sleeping on a rock. To many long term renters.
