Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      really nice breakfast, I appreciated the berries mix, the smoked salmon and especially the wonderful coffee. Location is nice, a short stroll from the Bayside Market and there's a tram station right next to the hotel

      An all-in-one feeling. Plenty of food options, no matter what your mood is. The arcade was fun, and just walking around the outside near the golf course was relaxing. Plenty of picture opportunities.

      The location was perfect, the staff nice and cheerful. The room was small but well appointed .

      Dark and depressing. The interiors were all painted a dark putty brown with a discreet amount of lighting. The elevator lobby was like standing on a dark street without street lamps- the halls the same. Even the rooms were putty brown though the daylight helped. Just couldn't get past it. We nicknamed the place The Soho Gloom. Needs a fresh coat of paint! and perhaps a few more foot candles.

      Close to airport and restaurants. Son enjoyed being able to watch air planes

      Bar wasn’t fully stocked due to them getting ready to do renovations. Terrible TV channels, chrome cast wouldn’t work, toilet was loud and ran after flushing, beds not the most comfortable, air kept turning on and off and was loud. I had paid through booking.com but hotel still charged me. When I called about it I was told to give my info and manager would call in 1-2 days, I felt that was inconsiderate but my money was refunded. I’ve stayed at several Hyatt’s this one was not a good experience.
