  I checked in at 3p. There systems were experiencing issues. So that took a moment. But that's ok. I understood.

  I didn't like how I needed a PIN to be able to watch TV. I didn't like how the 1 towel was stained with yellow like it was urinated on. I didn't like how the sink faucet was hanging . I didn't like that the shower curtain isn't secured. It falls. I didn't like how there's no door knob to the bathroom. I didn't like how there wasn't toilet paper..I especially didn't like how The only 2 people checking my daughter and I in had no idea about the issues I brought to their attention. When I requested to be charged to a different room the lady told me she couldn't move me because there wasn't any rooms. And tells me there was a special on that room because there were all those issues. I told her that was not advertised on booking.com. Had I known the only reason they lowered the price was because of the issues I would've just picked a room with all amenities they advertised. No offered to comp me a room. I paid for all the amenities they advertise and didn't get 1. I would like a full refund.

  There were a lot of things in the apartment that need to be fixed. Ceiling peeling above bunk beds, noticable mold in the corner, whoever cleans did not wipe down the counters they were very dusty. Need to provide trash bags and a bigger trash can. A family of five unfortunately has a lot of trash. The front door lock was very annoying to deal with. The actual location of the apartment is good for the fact you are right there at the indoor pools, but the building is soo muggy and the carpets are horrible. Need a place where you can actually hang your beach towels/swimming items etc. what's the point of the "balcony" if you can't leave stuff on it. It was very aggravating having to pack everything into the room all the time.
