      I was Double Charge on Aug 5th and still haven't been refunded. It's Aug 30th. Im unable to reach the hotel manager to speak about the matter because he is never available. The elevator was not working our whole stay. The front desk charged when she wasn't supposed to. Because I booked through Booking.com. This experience has made me not to be wanting to ever book with Holiday Inn or Booking.com.

      Breakfast was okay, they have a great selection of oatmeal toppings. Other than that there was only toast and some fresh fruit it was just less than I expected. Still great value! It had a fun and quirky vibe, would recommend to friends. The round of drinks on the house is a great way to start off vacation.
