Loved the location, and the staff were incredible. The room was spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was beautiful, and the amenities were great. The pools were clean and there was a lot to pick from. This resort is great for children

It seemed like the room was cleaned almost too quickly, as if it had been done using the same washcloth the entire time. The pools were occupied by a lot of people who did not respect any sense of peace (which I know is something the hotel has little control over). People were playing extremely loud music in the pool, which I feel could have been stopped.

Units were clean with 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. There was a full kitchen with utensils. The jacuzzi tub in the units was definitely a plus. The presence of a tennis court, basketball court and a game room is also a plus.

A bigger hot tub which can accommodate more people would be great. The brown tiles surrounding the pool seem old. Not all units were provided with a a coffeemaker, iron and iron stand. Longer pool and gym hours would make the resort more appealing. Adding shampoo to the supplies provided would be nicer.

Location location location! Right at the heart of all the food and Shops and in front of the Empire State Building! Close to major subway station and just a few blocks away from Time Square.
