The location was great! It was within walking distance to Waikiki Beach (15 min walk) and quite a few big shopping centers (e.g., International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Center) and restaurants. The service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly, and all my requests were fulfilled, the most prominent one being when we realized our drain had been clogged, and they sent maintenance to fix it within an hour. They also give you a pool access keycard after check out, which is convenient because there's a shower, and we definitely took advantage of that after snorkeling! Also loved that they had a water refill station, which saved us some money since we didn't need to buy bottled water. Now about the rooms, not much to say aside from ours was pretty clean, and the bed was decently comfortable.

No free breakfast, and the rooms, especially the shower, are pretty old. The AC unit is pretty loud, so we had to turn it down to low whenever we turned in for the night.

The B n B was very spacious and so clean and appealing. The master bed was king-sized and extremely comfortabble. We arrived and left in the middle of the night so loved the entrance code. We couldn't have been more pleased!

The room was a bit dated and the carpet was stained in numerous spots but was clean. I needed to go back to my car and noticed the hall door was propped open with a rolled up towel and the exit door to the parking lot didn’t close properly. I was able to latch it upon re-entry, otherwise I would have contacted the front desk. It probably should be investigated to insure the safety of patrons.

This has to be the dirtiest place I've stayed at. There were visible human hairs from the last guest(s), visible coffee cup rings, the dishwasher had bits of food. Absolutely disgraceful. I had to take time to clean all the surfaces. It's really a shame that you get a decent place for $150 anymore.

Studio Suit’s bedroom access is via a small spiral staircase, very dangerous middle of the night if you need to go down and use the bathroom.

The carpet outside of the bathroom was soaked with toilet water. The carpet was very sticky and wet. We had to layer the carpet with towels. And hat to wear shoes in the room at all times. The breakfast was poorly prepared. No meat options. When I told the staff about the carpet, her first response was "did you turn the water off?"
