Unpleasant staff and unreliable shuttle service I missed my connection at Atlanta airport and chose this hotel thinking it would be convenient. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. I waited more than 40 minutes for the shuttle. Another hotel driver noticed me still waiting—he had time to go back and forth—and finally offered me a ride for $10. When I mentioned this at the entrance, their driver became agitated and confronted me, insisting he had been there. Very strange and unprofessional. The check-in was just as frustrating. They couldn’t find my reservation, even after I showed both my confirmation and their own email. Instead of resolving the issue, they asked me to call Booking.com myself. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes, working on my computer, before asking for an update. At that point, Danielle at the desk scowled at me. Eventually, I was given a room—but without any apology, explanation, or acknowledgment of the trouble. Apparently, it was only thanks to my assistant speaking with Richard from the hotel that the problem was fixed. Thank you, Richard. This experience was unacceptable for a Hilton property. Between the unreliable shuttle, rude staff, and poor handling of reservations, I will not be returning. Lesson learned—never again.

The room was tiny and the bed was even smaller. The air conditioner made a loud noise all night which made us turn it off and the was walls are so thin you could hear the staff which seemed like they hung out on our floor all day. This is why we switched hotels
