The host and her colleagues were excellent. The unit we stayed in was clean, very comfortable, fun, excellent location, really could not be better. Had an unusual booking mix up, not the hosts fault in any way, and ultimately she went above and beyond to facilitate a rental plan between herself and local friends/colleagues with additional units in the complex. This was all done late at night upon our arrival, under stress, and with a high level of professionalism. Would highly recommend staying with this host; she and her colleagues seem to really care about their guests and ensure a great experience and a quality rental.

Dog-friendly. Staff were nice and location was great, next to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Air conditioning was nice in the summer.

Furniture and bedroom were old, the rolling chair was fraying. Pillows were deflated and linens were clearly well worn but clean. There was dust on top of lamps above the bed, in the slats of the air conditioner, and around the room in general. Not all rooms offer microwave and mini fridge, which was a hassle for us, since we were staying for 5 days. In my opinion, it was not worth the price we paid, but we had no other option at that moment.

All treadmills,at least 4, we're out of service. Very dissapointing for the cost of room. Need more recliners in pool area. Would prefer iron and board instead of steamer in rooms.

We stayed in a two bedroom, one bath suite. The bathroom smelled a little moldy, the commode area has a door that doesn’t shut properly and no wall above the door making privacy difficult. The breakfast was nothing special and included imitation eggs.

Everything! Receptionist was dressed like a lady of the night, hallways Stunk bad, rooms filthy, tub did not drain. They don’t even vacuum the hallways! Doors falling off in kitchen, disgusting carpet in rooms. Stay clear of this place!!!!! Filthy!!!
