    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      Beautifully kept grounds and pool! Views to the mountain! Cozy ambiance, easy parking, access to bikes at no extra cost, pretty rooms ! Location is awesome too ! Walking distance to everything !

      Check out is at 11 and they only have us a 1 hr extension / the rooms are all white and did see a couple of hairs on bed and in showers - the maids should be wearing their hair back or use a net !

      The layout was nice and it was cozy. Looked really nice and was pretty clean. Also, not too far from stores as well so we could get groceries quickly. Also really close to downtown Elijay.

      Too much spiders, really wanted to try the hot tub but the spiders were just too close for comfort unfortunately.

      I love the property. I love the staff. I am not happy with booking.com. They charged me for a room with a private balcony and have not refunded me the difference.

      Loved it we had five rooms total. We love them all but I will not use booking.com again if they do not refund my difference for the room, I did not get.

      The room smelled very strongly of bleach to the point where it caused me respiratory irritation and the floor left my feet and socks sticky yet slick with what I suspected was leftover cleaning solution residue. There was no a/c in any rooms which required us to leave windows open which wouldn't have been an issue except that the noise from the road was extremely loud all night coming in through the windows. There were many unsavory characters present at all times of day and night. There was someone digging in the dumpster outside creating a large disturbance throughout the night into the early morning hours. Needless to say I went to work with very little sleep during my stay.
