The Dolphin is a great place to stay for easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. It had been many years since I'd stayed here, and I was a little nervous to return with my family (especially as I'd heard it was last on the list of upcoming renovations to the Swan-Dolphin complex). I generally trust the room type photos on Booking.com, so I had high hopes with the room we selected. So happy to report we weren't disappointed! Staff was very kind upon check-in, ensuring we had a great view and arcade coupons for our daughters. We found our room to be in good order and very clean, with lots of storage space and a sizable mini fridge. The location of the hotel can't be beat, and we could watch fireworks straight from our window. Early entry is a breeze with the room key. We'll be back next time we're at Disney!

There was some major miscommunication regarding room cleaning on our 1st day. Somehow, despite requesting early-morning cleaning, our room wasn't cleaned at all, and it took hours to resolve the issue. Ordinarily, this wouldn't be a huge problem, but as we try to time room cleaning around our daughters' nap time, it was a big inconvenience for the day. We were also disappointed that the pools and fire pits were closed on a night when both the rain and lightning had long cleared. I understand the hotel is told to wait for lightning to pass through the area, but the sport area, loungers, and poolside dining remained open; our girls were at least hoping for a movie and s'mores on the beach, and the microwavable to-go packets didn't have the same effect.

I didn't stay. I walked into the lobby and it overwhelmingly smelled like cigarette smoke. I checked in and walked to my room the door handle was loose. It was barely latched. The room smelled like mold and mildew. The bedspread was dirty. The wall looked like it had been leaking water. The wallpaper was peeling off. I walked straight back to the lobby and said I can't stay here. It smelled so terrible and wasn't clean enough. I asked for a refund and she said it would take a few days to get back on my card. She did give me her Managers card. The receptionist was very nice.

The entrance smelled like marijuana and peed. The garbage was running over at the front door. The front desk was unmanned. I cancelled my stay as it smelled mike pesticide at the front desk. I still got charge for one night cancellation when it was not presentable. After a 8 hour drive and I had to find another hotel. 8.1 stars is a lie on Trivago. So disappointed.

This hotel was WONDERFUL. It was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff is really nice and always smiling. Sham, Patricia, and Paul were all extremely welcoming. At breakfast, they have someone constantly wiping down the tables and equipment to make sure it’s kept clean. Close to the airport and everything else you need. Fresh coffee is available at breakfast and for quite a few hours afterwards, which I LOVED. There is also a water fountain available. I didn’t check out the fitness room or pool, but I will next time! The Douliette made me want to extend my stay! I will most certainly be back and if you’re teeter tottering between which hotel to pick, this is the one!

This is a very clean property and this was our 2nd stay in 14 mos when we traveled thru Wallace. Very walkable to downtown for browsing the shops or finding a nice meal. They have a common outdoor area with grass and lawn chairs. There were two gentleman playing guitars. I don't know if they were guests. There is a fireplace and the office has s'more kits available

The bed was quite firm. More than I preferred. Maybe just the room we had because I don't remember the bed being as firm last time. Otherwise, no issues!!
