      We had a family suite - upstairs was a queen and full bedroom with a 3/4 bathroom and a balcony. Downstairs was a bathroom with a bathtub, a king bed, a microwave and refrigerator, a table that fits 6 (we used the balcony chairs to make 6 chairs) and a balcony facing the other way. We had beautiful views in both directions! The room was perfect for a family. The breakfast was good, there are regular staircases to walk up and down and plenty of doors to leave. Coming in, you either have to swipe your card or walk through the automatic front doors. The location is very convenient for RMNP.

      The motel is in serious need of upkeep and upgrades. If you're going to have a breakfast have a nutritious breakfast, with choices and not just high sugar choices. Tired of motels that stay open and do just the minimum with staff and services.

      All of the ice machines were out of order. Being in florida - that is a killer! Should always have cold water available. The water from the faucet was room temperature. Very disappointed.
