We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

  Pros: Good location, close access to I-10 and I-405 Good floor plan. The living room and bedrooms are set far apart Great outdoor jacuzzi and the gym looks well-equipped Secure parking lot Sufficient number of plates/utensils for a short stay Great washer and dryer for laundry

  Cons: The common toilet flooded the first time we flushed it (the water was dirty looking so we tried to flush it upon arrival) and the dirty water came all the way to the dining area. The toilet was fixed on the next day but I did not enjoy wiping dirty toilet water from the floor the night before.... There is only one set of keys. We were a group of three with different schedules, so having only one set of keys was not ideal and required a lot of coordination The only cleaning tool is a broom. It was really difficult keeping the place clean during our week-long stay No facial tissue, no dish sponge. There is a Ralph's across the street so that is where we bought a lot of necessities Baggage storage was not accepted before the stay We are given a phone number to call for urgent situations, but it was not answered (x3) when I called when the toilet flooded We usually take our shoes off at home, but in this home, the floor wasn't clean enough to take off our shoes

  Once we arrived, the place looked like it was falling apart and it was dirty. Unsafe, in so many ways just from the outside alone. The awning was tore up the paintbrush coming off. They used painted white 2 / 4 to hold up a concrete balcony. Just. To get to the room. We had to walk past a group of people through clouds of marijuana smoke. Once in the room. None of the windows would actually shut or lock. The beds we're horrible. You can see the holes and then dips in the bed. They were covered with sand. We turned right around and went back to the office which refused to do any kind of refund. Nor give a phone number to any kind of manager. Or anyone that could help us. We returned our keys and left within 10 minutes of being there. I believe there was a beach back there behind it somewhere.But you could not access it.Show even the beach view.You definitely could not see more or less get to itWe had to go drive around and find other accommodations. Do not recommend in any way whatsoever.
