Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      The room was excellent me and my husband were so happy with the room. Loved that they had a fridge, cabinets, sink and a stove top as well.

      We loved everything. Just the only thing we would change maybe is the size of the t.v. because it's such a big room and it was hard to see it. Also the bed could have had more cushion on it. It was too firm, but still was very happy with the room and as well as the employees there.. just upgrade to more comfortable beds and bigger t.v.'s for the size of the rooms.

      The bed, the pillows. No remote in the room, went down to get one was the wrong one. Had to have them bring up another. The room needs a serious remodel. Very unhappy with the whole experience.

      Kudos to the Reservations Department of Chancellor Hotel on Union Square! This is definitely a top notch hotel in SFO considering the place next to Union Square, there are boba tea shops in surrounding places, variety of estaurants, banks, high-end shops, and even bus, cable car and WayMo taxis are in front of the hotel's doorstep! The hotel itself is clean, our room is more than enough for me na amy husband, and all the staff during our 3 days stay were approachable, friendly and have excellent customer service! Chancellor Hotel in Union Square made our trip extra special and something to treasure. It's like a 5star hotel service!! Chancellor Hotel made my husband's birthday memorable! We'll defo come back to this beautiful hotel! Great trip ever!

      How do you get away with people using the stairs and not having an elevator. I had a difficult time with the stairs and I have operations on my knee and ankle. Pool was not heated that well.
