      Dealing with Vacasa and Booking.com. You need to upgrade your Website links and notifications. Links did not work and left us unable to answer questions. We got strange early check in and late check out notices.

      We ate dinner in the restaurant the service was great and the food was delicious. We were in room 156 which is a pet friendly room (traveling with a service dog), it is in desperate need of a renovation. The chairs are VERY worn and dirty. There is something on the wall next to the toilet and tub (I'm not sure if it needs to be repainted or simply cleaned). The interior hallway leading from our room was filthy (there were q-tips on the floor). I brought this to the attention of the front desk she said that the housekeepers are very busy. I'm not sure if all the rooms are in this poor condition or if we were given a room in bad shape because we were traveling with our dog.

      I didn’t have running hot water from the sink but the shower did, so I made it work, I didn’t tell them until I was leaving because I didn’t want to have to exchange my room with my short stay.

      Beautiful rooms. Very comfortable. Clean. Felt luxurious.

      Not having anyone on the premise. Traditional bed-and-breakfast, have a charm that the Hot Springs, that this one lacked. Additionally, I book through Booking.com, but was charged in much higher rate by the hotel. Since there was no one, you could speak to directly, it took quite a while to address. Ultimately, I was refunded, however, the property agent basically put the blame on Booking.com not providing all the information. They wanted to charge me those extra fees, but I basically said the issue was between them and Booking.com. Since we were literally the only ones at the hotel, it was beautiful, but empty. Not quite what I was expecting.
