The building has severe moisture problem. If air conditioning is not Somewhere at 70 or less it creates condensation everywhere. The in room air conditioner could not keep up with the amount of moisture that was in the air i.e. wet everywhere. Made mention checking out of the problem was told they keep their AC units running at approximately 69° because of the humidity. It is not humidity problem is a moisture problem in the building and inability of the AC units to draw out as much moisture as is welding and in the. I have stayed in Daytona numerous times and other high humidity areas never experience the situation. Would not stay there again Robert Thomas

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner when I stayed there and she was so sweet and so accommodating I would love to stay here again, my next time in Boston. I especially liked her when I came in. She had a bottle of Italian soda wine glasses put up. I thought that was very cute. Overall it was a great day. I was very comfortable and it was definitely what I was looking for. I also liked how tenants had their own little parking lot instead of having to park on the street. I’m not from a state where parallel parking is a normal thing so I don’t really know how to parallel park so it was very convenient to be able to just pull into a parking space.

The property is well located and is pretty modern and comfortable. They were doing construction so we had to walk a long ways to our room but no noise or bothersome from it. There is no hot tub
