- “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

  The ratings for this hotel were good so I expected a lot more. The best description for it is "tired." Not all of the lights in the hall were working and the parking lot was not well lit. It didn't help that the main door to the lobby was closed off due to construction and when I arrived in the dark the way to enter the building was not obvious. The worst part of my stay was the overpowering smell of mildew in the room. While the room was reasonably clean it had a lot of wear and tear, definitely in need of a facelift!

  The concierge, Jean, was extremely helpful. When the room we were assigned turned out to be too small for four adults, she worked her magic and found us a new room, even when the hotel was sold out. Becuase of her, we were able to enjoy our stay.

  We booked a room for four adults that could only sleep three at a maximum. The room was confirmed as acceptable for four adults prior to visiting.

  The breakfast was horrible and had variety and was not as organized as it should be and wasn’t advertised right the hotel said the had two bedrooms and pull out coach but we we got to the location we were severely disappointed when we saw the hotel did not have the second room like it said on the website I also didn’t like the fact that the sink and toilet was separate from the shower but overall the location was nice but the hotel it’s self was not very well
