The kiosk in the front of the motel was quite different for me. I had never had to use anything like that before, because usually someone is at the front desk ready to assist with checking in at any hotel or motel. The person on the kiosk was very helpful and made the process of checking in easier than I was expecting.

Upon entering the room, I noticed right away that something was off about the room. I’ve stayed in some low quality rooms before, but this room was pretty bad. I did not like the beds, because they were on a rolling frame. It wasn’t even stationary. The beds moved when you sat on them. The sheets, pillow cases, & blankets were dirty. There was dust on some things. I did not like seeing several mouse traps on the floor. I found multiple mouse droppings on the TV stand near the microwave and near the refrigerator. The shower in the bathroom had drawn arrows on the hot and cold handle. There was a huge opening in the bathroom’s ceiling where the vent is located. I did not want to stay any longer in that room. I felt so uncomfortable. I had to tell my girlfriend that we couldn’t stay and that I would be cancelling the booked night. Except we couldn’t cancelled or get our money refunded. So, we just left. I will not be returning to this motel. If this one room had mouse droppings, I’m pretty sure the rest of them do also.

Our stay was for 4 nights, got to have the breakfast once. One morning the Waffle maker was down, the hours are supposed to be 5:30 - 9:00 at 8:15 the dishes were empty with no signs of fresh eggs or sausage. This morning the food was empty at 8:30 and the OJ machine was broken.

Spent the first 30 minutes killing earwiggs on the floor. Management refused to help with some idiots very noisy truck backed in against our rooms window started at 5:15 am and running for twenty minutes before leaving three out of four mornings. A/C compressor in the HVAC unit sounded like a motorcycle starting every time it cycled.

We booked the hotel because of the hot tub, and the hot tub did not work. The maintenance person said it had been down for 2 weeks with no repair in sight. I found a cockroach ing the bathroom and a silverfish in the bedroom. The shower floor was very slippery ( i was recovering from a hip replacement ...felt very scared of slipping on the white flooring)and pink mold was growing around the border of the shower stall.

It is a self service hotel. You need to carry your luggages from car to hotel and they don’t help you to get luggages to your room. Staff is not rude but I would say not helpful but Idk maybe this is normal for some people. One of the Windows in our room was so dirty we couldn’t see outside even ee Reserved river view only one Window was clean. I ordered from Amazon to hotel but my package was opened when I got it and nobody made an explanation. One of the items were also missing. Valet is $69.

Oddly enough there was not any shower soap. Just the one bar for hands at the sink but not body wash, just a small shampoo. Had we been there longer than one night we could have likely solved by asking staff for more supplies.
