      We actually had Dunkin Donuts... One of the things I look forward to when I visit the hotel.. 😆. We live in New Orleans, and there is not a Dunkin Donuts .. but I can tell you going to sleep in a hotel, no matter how extraordinary it is .. is always lonely.. but waking up at Hard Rock, is warm and welcoming with the sunshine to start a beautiful day! I love staying with you! Can't wait to return.

      The pool closes at 8.. we just arrived at 5 and after we got settled in and ate dinner.. we though we might go relax by the pool to end the evening. We got ran off. If check in is at 4.. could the pool stay open until at least 10??

      We loved the whole experience... The staff greeted us with opening arms an even told us about all the attractions surrounding the area as well. The room felt like home. They offered so many different options for breakfast an the coffee was phenomenal 😍 We can't wait to go back

      The location was great lots of restaurants around and close to the interstate

      The whole place had a old stale smell to it my room was not clean properly the air conditioner unit was about to go out but overall it was just some minor things that need a Lil more attention I'll come back and stay again the location is very convenient for me

      Majority everything, customer service upon arrival was horrible, the room selection choice was horrible , the room next door kept trying to unlock the door joined together from their room end . Overall not what I expected. If I wasn't desperate to get a room I wouldn't have ever booked here at this location. Also Never received any deposit back

      Nothing the rooms were dirty. Sheets, smell like pee. Mildew, I was afraid to sleep in the bed for fear of bed bugs.
