The building looks shabby from the outside, but inside, all is immaculately clean and well decorated! The rooms are huge, each with a large patio. The beds are comfortable. We were able to hike directly from the property along the cliff tops to Pacifica in the north and to Pacifica State Beach to the south. The small beach near the hotel is clean and far less busy.

The room was very large and comfortable, nice bed, the small kitchen was convenient, nice to have 2 ACs in the room. Great history. Loved having our own private door on the street, got lucky with parking and parked in front of the main entrance.

Had to hang a blanket over the door glass so people couldn't see in from the outside at night. The glass on the door and windows has a film so you can't see in during the day, but you can see in at night when the lights are on inside.

The Westin Savannah Harbor truly has a lot to offer. The amenities were excellent and the location is ideal for enjoying Savannah. Overall the atmosphere of the resort made for a very enjoyable stay.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, I did experience two issues that were disappointing. First, I was mistakenly double charged for my reservation — once by the third-party booking company and again by the hotel. Although the staff acknowledged the error and began the refund process, I was told it could take 14–21 days for the refund, which feels unreasonable for a mistake that was not mine. I made Westin aware of this issue on August 15th and have yet to receive a refund regarding this matter. I understand staff stated 14-21 days, but I feel highly this is unreasonable and unacceptable to maintain customer service. Second, during my stay I encountered fleas in the room. We did not travel with pets, so I know this was not something we brought with us. This was very concerning and impacted my comfort level during the visit.

I tried to get blanket but no-one answered There was only one working electrical plug in the center of the beds in room 8 and my husband couldn't use his cpap as a result due to me needing mine.

After a 6 day stay, no change of towels or bedding. The bathroom was not cleaned at all & I had to do the work myself. The bed was never made unless I did it. Room trash was not removed either, we had to deposit in the kitchen receptacle. There are only about 6 or 7 rooms here, so I do NOT understand! We are very conscientious* & respectful* guests & hoped for a bit more attention to room cleaning. Very disappointing that the building balconies are not kept up & haven't been painted in years. The front entrance isn't even at least swept to have an appearance of basic welcoming care*. Breakfast is "continental", as expected. > And- no small safe in the room to put valuables!!! We had to carry all of our important things to the beaches etc.
